Job Summary

As a Lane Server at Bowlero Corporation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to the guests
• Review orders for accuracy, accept payment, and make change as needed
• Check back with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as required
• Clean tables and return dishes to the kitchen/bar in a timely manner
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area to maintain a clean and efficient environment
• Learn the menu and be able to answer questions and make recommendations to guests

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
