About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beer Wall Ambassador to join our team at Oak and Stone. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our craft beer offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly and engage with them to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Beer Knowledge: Assist guests in selecting the perfect beer and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Self-Pour System Support: Help guests navigate the self-pour system and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with keg changes and update electronic systems to reflect our current beer offerings.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized beer wall, glassware, and beer cooler.
  • Growler Sales: Fill growlers for to-go beer sales and provide excellent customer service.
What We Offer
