Beer Wall Expert

At Oak and Stone, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beer Wall Expert to join our team. As a Beer Wall Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience at our beer wall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enthusiastically greet guests as they enter or approach the beer wall
  • Visit with guests and assist with starting beer wall tabs immediately upon arrival or being seated
  • Assist guests with the proper usage of the self-pour system
  • Assist guests in selecting a beer
  • Assist servers and bartenders in explaining the beer wall and its benefits, and in starting beer wall tabs for guests
  • Change kegs and update electronic systems showing our beer selections
  • Clean and care for the beer wall, glassware, and beer cooler
  • Fulfill growler requests for to-go beer sales
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Compensation:
The Beer Wall Expert position will be compensated with both an hourly pay rate and a sales-based incentive. The hourly rate of pay is $20 per hour. This position is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the craft beer industry while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
