At Oak and Stone, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beer Wall Ambassador to join our team. As a Beer Wall Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically greet guests and assist them in selecting a beer from our extensive selection.
• Visit with guests and assist with starting beer wall tabs, explaining the self-pour system, and recommending beers.
• Assist servers and bartenders in explaining the beer wall and its many benefits.
• Change kegs, update electronic systems, and maintain the cleanliness of the beer wall and surrounding areas.
• Fill growlers for to-go beer sales and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Passion for great craft beer and excellent hospitality skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a smile.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

The Beer Wall Ambassador position will be compensated with both an hourly pay rate and a sales-based incentive.
