Customer Service Billing Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Billing Representative to join our team at Quest Trust Company. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional communication with clients to resolve billing concerns and discrepancies
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records for invoices and updates
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex billing issues
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with billing procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with special projects as assigned by manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with Salesforce platform or comparable CRM preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Math and accounting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
