Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Billing Representative to join our team at Quest Trust Company. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional communication with clients to resolve billing concerns and discrepancies
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records for invoices and updates
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex billing issues
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain compliance with billing procedures and company guidelines
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with Salesforce platform or comparable CRM preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Math and accounting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
