  • Provide professional client communication via email, telephone, and in-person
  • Make outbound calls daily to clients to follow up on delinquent accounts and stratify collection activities
  • Daily payment processing and maintaining accurate client records for invoices and updates

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies when warranted
  • Account reconciliation, close accounts, update fee methods and fee schedules

  • Assist with the overflow of incoming calls

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with Salesforce platform or comparable CRM preferred
  • Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to grow and accept new challenges
  • Strong communication (verbally and written) and active listening
  • Great Customer Service, problem solving, critical thinking
  • Math, accounting and analyzing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Type minimum 55-60 WPM
