Key Responsibilities- Provide professional client communication via email, telephone, and in-person
- Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on delinquent accounts and stratify collection activities
- Daily payment processing and maintaining accurate client records for invoices and updates
- Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve billing concerns
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies when warranted
- Account reconciliation, close accounts, update fee methods and fee schedules
- Maintain compliance with billing procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with the overflow of incoming calls
- Work on special projects as assigned by manager
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with Salesforce platform or comparable CRM preferred
- Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to grow and accept new challenges
- Strong communication (verbally and written) and active listening
- Great Customer Service, problem solving, critical thinking
- Math, accounting and analyzing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Type minimum 55-60 WPM
