**Job Title:** Medical ICU Registered Nurse

**Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. As a Medical ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in our state
  • Minimum of one year ICU experience
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • NIH certification within 60 days of hire and annually
  • ASLS education within 6 months of hire and a minimum of every two years
