Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the sale of merchandise, and operating a cash register.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote the sale of merchandise
  • Operate a cash register and handle all payment transactions
  • Receive, unpack, fold, and put away daily deliveries of merchandise
  • Ensure the selling areas are neat and clean and comply with visual standards
  • Develop an exceptional understanding of the product assortment to facilitate customer decision-making
  • Register operations, including knowledge of register operations and ensuring necessary supplies are in place
  • Stock management, including receiving, unpacking, folding, and putting away merchandise
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
  • Participate in store cleanliness and ensure the cash wrap is well organized
Requirements
  • 6 months previous cash handling experience
  • Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
