Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Adhere to all operational and merchandise standards, including inventory management, pricing, and visual merchandising.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers and provide information on store promotions and events.
  • Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities, including cleaning, restocking, and organizing the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
