Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and driving sales and achieving store targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers, offering assistance and answering inquiries
  • Actively listen to customers' needs and provide product recommendations
  • Engage customers in product demonstrations and explanations
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range and stay up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and process exchanges or returns
  • Assist with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves and maintaining a tidy store environment
  • Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve store targets and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Enthusiastic and friendly personality with a customer-centric approach
  • Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
