Position Overview:

The Client Engagement Specialist delivers exceptional, multi-channel support to our clients, including software marketers and business leaders. This role is perfect for a standout customer service professional who will assist our Client Engagement Account Managers and clients. As part of the Client Engagement team, you will handle incoming support requests while ensuring that all client needs are addressed with both efficiency and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming support requests promptly and effectively.
  • Address client requirements while nurturing relationships with key accounts through phone and email communication.
  • Maintain and update account information and content for existing clients.
  • Generate accurate reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis for select high-potential accounts.
  • Take initiative in your training and development by being proactive, asking questions, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the value delivered to clients and achieve team objectives.
  • Implement essential workflows such as client onboarding to ensure long-term success for vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer support.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking.
  • Passion for assisting and educating others.
  • Interest in marketing, business, and technology.
