About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure all associates and managers deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and driving CSAT score goals.
  • Front End Operations: Lead and train staff on high-quality customer service, ensuring fast, friendly checkouts, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop associates, promoting a positive work environment and driving sales growth.
  • Store Management: Perform Store Manager duties in their absence, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Financial Management: Drive sales growth, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Assist in receiving, stocking, and merchandising procedures, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, garbage removal, and stock room organization.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to multi-task, creative thinking, and maintaining composure under pressure.
