Location: Winter Park, FL

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all operations of the branch, including the operational budget.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to assess workflow and time management.
  • Ensure compliance with builders' timelines for project installations.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with builders and clients.
  • Address and resolve any escalated issues or conflicts arising from construction activities.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Recruit and maintain a skilled subcontractor workforce.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
  • Build and nurture relationships with designers, architects, and homebuilders.
  • Promote company products and services through events and networking.
  • Perform additional management, administrative, and clerical tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant management experience.
  • Experience in selling high-end natural stone, porcelain, glass, and other luxury materials.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
  • Training will be provided for our specific software.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
