  • **Facilitate Effective PLC Meetings:** Facilitate regular Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings to ensure that teachers are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to drive student success.
  • **Engage in the Professional Learning Community Framework:** Participate in the Professional Learning Community framework to ensure that all teachers are working together to improve student learning.
  • **Work under the Direction of the Building Principal:** Work under the direction of the building principal to ensure that all team members are aligned with the school's goals and objectives.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Certificated Member of Wenatchee School District 246:** Must be a certificated member of Wenatchee School District 246.
  • **Good Communicator and Facilitator:** Must be an effective communicator and facilitator with the ability to work with teachers and other staff members.
  • **Effective at Getting Student Results:** Must be able to drive student success and improve academic outcomes.
  • **Able to Work Well with Others:** Must be able to work well with others and build strong relationships with teachers and other staff members.
  • **Desire to Continually Learn:** Must have a desire to continually learn and improve.
  • **Dedicated to Constant Improvement:** Must be dedicated to constant improvement and willing to take on new challenges.
