As a Host at Campbell's Lodge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay. Your role will be to ensure that every guest feels valued and respected, from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand, including the wait list and menu boards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with the servers and bussers to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and promotions

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
