About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technology Lead to join our team at Alltake. As a key member of our Cloud Technology group, you will be responsible for leading the effort to establish the architecture and design for our cloud-based systems.

As a Cloud Technology Lead, you will work closely with our onshore and offshore technical teams to understand and implement business and technical requirements. You will also collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with our strategic product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead System/Platform Architecture Roadmap Definition & Planning
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and refine key system requirements in early stages
  • Work closely with offshore technical teams on design, development, deployment, and troubleshooting of production issues
  • Partner with project teams to maintain architecture through development, qualification, and commercialization of projects
  • Work closely with technical leads on product development programs to lead technical integration topics across engineering disciplines
  • Attend and provide guidance on technical reviews at design and integration cycle milestones
  • Assess issues across systems platforms and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 10+ years of experience in system/subsystem architecture, cloud development
  • Strong experience in real-time data engineering platforms
  • Strong experience in AWS Cloud services such as Amazon Elastic Cache, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, S3, Apache Storm/Spark, Athena, AWS Glue, Kinesis
  • Good knowledge of AWS/Cloud cost optimization
  • Strong experience in Java or Python
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and code during the development phase and help
Nice to Have
  • Design and development of software-intensive systems in a highly regulated environment (e.g., medical devices or Mil/Aero)
  • Experience in system safety and security
  • Experience in medical device product development
  • Experience in implementing products that integrate into multiple platforms
  • Experience in leading development of distributed systems
  • Well-developed collaboration skills with a proven track record of interfacing between multiple groups and functions (R&D, PMO, Marketing, Regulatory, QA, and External Experts)
