Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Reconstructive Urologist to join our esteemed Urology program in Temple, Texas. Department OverviewThe Department of Urology at Baylor Scott & White Health comprises 11 fellowship-trained Urologists, 7 Advanced Practice Providers, and 10 residents, offering comprehensive urology services. Key details include:
- Fellowship training in reconstructive urology/prosthetics and general urology experience.
- Reconstructive Urologic practice with guaranteed OR block time.
- Outpatient practice with surgical and inpatient service, including three available robots.
- Collaboration with like-minded professionals in a fully integrated health system.
- Epic EMR system.
- Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine.
- Extensive urology residency program with resident coverage at all times.
- Average call 1:10.
- Clinical Research experience and motivation are preferred.
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple is a 640-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital and the only Level I Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. In 2022, the hospital ranks among the top 15 teaching hospitals in the United States by Thomson Reuters. The hospital has 31 accredited residency and fellowship programs that include specialties in emergency medicine and radiology and offers a well-established and respected chaplain resident program.
