About the Opportunity

Baylor Scott and White Health - Central Texas is seeking a board-certified Pediatric Urologist to join our esteemed Urology care program in Temple, TX. This is an employed career opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package, offering a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, and no state income tax.

The ideal candidate will be a committed team player with a strong focus on quality patient care. They will collaborate effectively with referring physicians, agencies, and other professionals to provide optimal patient care within our award-winning integrated healthcare system.

About the Division of Urology

The Division of Urology is comprised of 11 fellowship-trained Urologists, 2 Pediatric Urologists, 1 Pediatric Urology APP, 7 Adult Urology APPs, and 10 residents. We offer comprehensive urology services, including:

  • Pediatric Urology practice
  • Outpatient practice with surgical and inpatient service, including 4 available robots
  • Associated experience is preferred, but not required
  • Recent graduates and fellows are welcome to apply
  • Work with like-minded professionals in a fully integrated health system
  • Epic EMR
  • Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine
  • Large urology residency program with resident coverage at all times
  • Research support
  • Call 1:10 on average

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple is a 640-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital and the only Level I Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.
