Reconstructive Urologist Position

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Reconstructive Urologist to join our esteemed Urology program in Temple, TX. About the OpportunityThe Department of Urology at Baylor Scott & White Health comprises 11 fellowship-trained Urologists, 7 APPs, and 10 residents, providing comprehensive urology services. Key details include:
- Fellowship training in reconstructive urology/prosthetics and general urology experience.
- Reconstructive Urologic practice with guaranteed OR block time.
- Outpatient practice with surgical and inpatient service, including three available robots.
- Collaboration with like-minded professionals in a fully integrated health system.
- Epic EMR and academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine.
- Extensive urology residency program with resident coverage at all times.
- Average call 1:10.
- Clinical Research experience and motivation are preferred.
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple is a 640-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital and the only Level I Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. The hospital has 31 accredited residency and fellowship programs, including specialties in emergency medicine and radiology, and offers a well-established and respected chaplain resident program.

QualificationsDoctorate Degree in Medicine, Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board, and currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
