LPN Medication Care Manager

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner
- Review and document medication administration records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- LPN or LVN license
- Previous experience working with seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
