OBJECTIVE OF POSITION :
Accountable for welcoming, scheduling, and registering patients. Provides administrative assistance to facilitate efficient office functionality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate patient appointments for consultations
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
- Manage incoming calls
- Perform document scanning
- Input data into the ECW billing (EPM) system and electronic health records
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience in a medical office setting preferred
Skills:
Proficient computer skills, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, adaptable scheduling availability.
