Senior Microbiologist

Job Summary: Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our team in Ridgefield, NJ. As a Senior Microbiologist, you will be responsible for providing direction, mentoring, and completing high-level projects for the Micro team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, author, and execute Micro-validation studies
• Mentor and educate junior analysts on lab operations and testing
• Provide direction and guidance to the Micro team
• Ensure compliance with all cGMP standards, safety, and environmental regulations
• Participate in Change Control meetings and initiate change controls as required
• Support regulatory, third-party, and internal audits

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Microbiology/Biology with 6-10 years of experience
• Thorough understanding of validation testing, including writing, executing, and reporting validation studies
• Practical experience in general microbiology laboratory techniques, including working with bacteria, yeast, and mold
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to collaborate effectively with personnel and between departments
