About the Role

Pape' Material Handling Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join their team in Wenatchee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' material handling equipment is running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair material handling equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing material handling equipment
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using technical software
  • Self-motivation and assertiveness to work independently and make decisions
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Driver's license with a good driving record and CDL preferred
  • Ability to provide own tools and equipment
