Pediatric Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As an SLP, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with our team to provide comprehensive care to children with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD
- Developing and executing detailed treatment plans aimed at improving the communication abilities of children aged 2-6, employing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques and instruments
- Collaborating extensively with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Actively involving families in the treatment process by providing them with education, resources, and support to foster their child's speech and language development
- Regularly evaluating and documenting the progress of each child, fine-tuning interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- A license to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center (i.e., Arizona or Colorado)
- Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams
