Speech Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of speech therapy services in Lakewood, WA. We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, providing essential speech therapy services to K-12 students across two sites.
- You will manage a caseload of approximately 26 students, delivering individualized attention and therapy sessions tailored to meet their unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to K-12 students, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and meeting their individual needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide comprehensive support and develop effective strategies for student progress.
- Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans accordingly, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Engage with diverse student populations, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington State.
- Experience in school settings preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
