ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of speech therapy services in Lakewood, WA. We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, providing essential speech therapy services to K-12 students across two sites.
  • You will manage a caseload of approximately 26 students, delivering individualized attention and therapy sessions tailored to meet their unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to K-12 students, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and meeting their individual needs.
  2. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide comprehensive support and develop effective strategies for student progress.
  3. Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans accordingly, and maintain accurate documentation.
  4. Engage with diverse student populations, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington State.
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
  • Dedication to enhancing students' speech and language skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services.
