Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lakewood, CA.

Position Overview

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with a unique caseload of students with mild to moderate disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of speech and language goals.
  • Provide both direct therapy and indirect services (collaboration with teachers and support staff).
  • Monitor and report student progress toward established therapy goals.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California.
  • Experience working with elementary school students with mild to moderate disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
