We are a leading telecommunications provider in west Texas, offering business class Voice, Internet, and Managed Network services. Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our commercial sales group.
Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for selling customized telecommunication services to business clients and meeting or exceeding sales goals. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing accounts
- Promote and sell AMA's business class Voice, Internet, and Managed Services
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Prospect and generate new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic accounts
- Partner with internal support teams to determine appropriate customer solutions
- Negotiate pricing, service level, and contract terms with clients
- Ensure product pricing is consistent with pricing structures set at the corporate level and competitive environment
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
- Update and maintain customer records in sales tracking tools
Requirements:
- Three years outside sales experience
- Proficient using Windows-based software applications
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong people and relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to analyze accurately with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to comply with all Company safety procedures
- Appropriate valid driver's license and driving record within Company standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Consultative selling experience
- Bi-lingual/Española
