We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead the establishment of a quality assurance framework that aligns with customer expectations and upholds superior standards throughout our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement quality management initiatives
  • Manage nonconformance material evaluations
  • Initiate components of the Quality Management Framework
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective measures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Innovate process improvement strategies
  • Specialize in verification processes for Line Replaceable Units
  • Create and refine process flow diagrams and control strategies

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within complex product manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Material Review Board (MRB) decisions and failure analysis
  • Expertise in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  • Experience in transitioning products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to full-scale production

  • Exceptional multitasking and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with aerospace hardware specifications is advantageous
