  • Employee Relations and Wellness

    • Monitor employee morale and satisfaction levels, conducting regular feedback sessions and implementing action plans to address areas of improvement.
  • Community Affairs
    • Oversee the Community Affairs team, which will build and maintain relationships with a variety of community-based organizations, schools, social services agencies, and district offices of elected officials.
    • Partner with the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Marketing Communications, and other Baldor Executives to plan and execute philanthropic activities and events supporting the employee population, local community, as well as charitable causes.
    • Act as a Baldor ambassador to the community, media, and other external parties as needed.
    • Assist in any other duties or projects assigned by HR leadership.
