Financial Controller

Thompson Fabricating Inc is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and the board of directors.
• Financial Control: Establish and maintain effective financial controls, including internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Production and Cost Control: Oversee the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources, and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the finance and production teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and control.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
