We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team at Mountaire Farms. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned
  • Repair, program, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and machines
  • Set up, tear down, and adjust equipment as needed
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; trade school or vocational training preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or skilled trades
  • Knowledge of electrical, millwright, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding principles
  • Skill certification required
