Engineering Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our Hilti Store team, you will be responsible for promoting the Hilti image, selling Hilti products and services, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the RoleThe Sales and Service Representative will be responsible for managing inventory, sales records, and administrative functions, as well as maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead change and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months
