Job Overview

ARG Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Everett, Washington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing market share in a designated territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ARG Industrial's market share in the hose and fitting industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including maintenance, purchasing, planners, engineers, and safety personnel.
  • Provide on-site expertise, solve problems, and make product recommendations to customers.
  • Work closely with the ARG team to deliver quotes, products, and services that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and special promotions through regular training and sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the hose and fitting or other industrial distribution sector.
  • Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on self-discipline and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
