Key Responsibilities- Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety and quality plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of estimates, schedules, and work plans, and provide updates to project superintendents and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of project crew schedules, and assist with the coordination of subcontractor scope of work.
- Conduct site observations and provide feedback to project leadership to improve project productivity and efficiency.
- Support the close-out of projects, including punch lists, operations and maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of construction experience, with a focus on project engineering and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tradespeople, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction technology, including CMiC and other company tools.
- Knowledge of Lean processes and philosophy, and the ability to apply fundamentals of construction management.
