Catholic Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Representative to join our team. As a Patient Registration Representative, you will serve as the liaison between patients and the hospital for their upcoming elective procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information for elective procedures.
- Schedule appointments for patients in our Cadence system.
- Maintain endoscopy and colonoscopy schedules and create cases in Optesia.
- Manage pain management schedules as needed.
- Register patients for pre-surgical testing.
- Process cash postings and scanning.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Typing skills of 40-60 wpm.
- Alpha-numeric typing speed of 5000 keystrokes per hour.
