Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
- Review and approve maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with technicians and leads to resolve quality control issues and improve processes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to subordinate mechanics and technicians on quality control procedures and best practices.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 6 years of aircraft/component inspection experience, including 3 years on large or mid-size aircraft.
- Airframe and Powerplant License required.
- Proficient in Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA forms and documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $44.13 to $48.78 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
