Friendly Franchisees Corporation (FFC) is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for liaising with insurance companies, researching policies, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice to our executive level team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze insurance policies from various carriers to identify the best options for our business needs.
- Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance carriers to ensure the best possible deals.
- Prepare reports, schedule meetings, and attend negotiations to secure new policies or renew existing ones.
- Prevent financial losses by acquiring appropriate coverage for our company needs.
- Recommend suitable policies for our business requirements.
- Clarify policy terms and conditions by providing clear and concise information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related field.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strong network and good standing relationships with lenders.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of all types of insurance plans related to multifamily residential and single-family homes.
- Experience in delivering executive-level results.
- Valid license to practice the profession.
- Ability to maintain detailed computer records and advise on making claims.
