Home Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and medication management
- Monitor and report changes in client health status to ensure timely interventions
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families to provide emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide education and training to family members on how to care for their loved ones
Requirements:
- Experience in home health care or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient demeanor
