Sales Executive

C.H. Robinson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Sales Executive to join our Global Forwarding division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing outside sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly, or annual expectations set by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Key Responsibilities- Actively engage with and respond to incoming leads within the designated sales region, under RSM leadership
- Drive, organize, and create metrics for outbound leads for the sales region through a variety of prospecting tools
- Interpret how multiple factors affecting market conditions could impact a customer's supply chain and deliver a persuasive case for change
- Work with the pricing team to identify the right pricing strategy through a clear understanding of customer buying habits and C.H. Robinson's within the customer's supply chain
- Effectively communicate externally to customers and prospects while acting as a bridge to internal stakeholders
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel up to 50% (domestically)
- Preferred: 1-2 years of Global Forwarding operations experience and/or sales experience, Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, Demonstrated negotiation and sales strategies experience, Strong presentation and organizational skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
