  • Implement the nursing process based on expanded knowledge and experience, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide age-appropriate patient care, addressing biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family educational needs.
  • Manage critical care situations, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, and providing patient ADLs.
  • Collaborate with the medical staff and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, maintaining a commitment to customer service and a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Education: A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Alabama, as determined by job location, and ACLS and BCLS certification.
  • Interpersonal requirements: Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service and effective communication with all applicable customers and age groups.
