Overview

Pay Rate

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian with HCSG, you will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. You will also have the opportunity to provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
  3. Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
  4. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required)
