**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Waterbury Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform advanced respiratory care procedures, including ventilation/airway management and blood gas analysis.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Document patient care and treatment in electronic medical records.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
  • A valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Registration or registry eligibility with the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • CPR certification.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
