About the Role

Ridgeway Petroleum is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing personalized service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking merchandise displays and preparing coffee stations and fresh food and drink areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently and clearly.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to arrive to work on time.
  • Must be able to consistently arrive at work in uniform and in compliance with appearance standards.
