Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Leader is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the entire store operation, with a focus on maximizing sales and profitability.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing expenses and shrinkage effectively.
  • Leading human resources initiatives.
  • Overseeing merchandising and inventory management.

All activities must align with company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.


Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years of age.

This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Prior experience in retail management is essential to succeed in this position.
