Senior Controller

As a seasoned Senior Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and planning within our Accounting, Legal, IT, Risk Management, and Aviation divisions. This position requires collaboration with our Real Estate and Capital Market teams to deliver insightful performance, reporting, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead a high-performing team of accounting and finance professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on accounting and tax practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership team and Real Estate and Capital Market teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of accounting and financial management experience, with 5-7 years in a senior-level position.
  • Active CPA license (strongly preferred).
  • Profound knowledge of accounting and tax practices, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of introducing new processes and enhancing efficiency.
