Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Active CPA license highly desirable
  • Profound knowledge of accounting and tax practices
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

  • Lead division areas of responsibility and strive for excellence
  • Think big picture and participate in creating change and improvements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of current accounting principles and tax rules and regulations
  • Understanding of internal controls necessary to ensure safety of company assets and business entities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains preferred
  • Ability to explain complex financial matters in a clear and understandable fashion
  • Comprehensive financial planning experience, including budget reviews and financial planning and analysis
Education & Training:
  • Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Prior tax experience highly preferred
Experience:
  • Minimum 7-10 years accounting and financial management experience; 5-7 years in a senior level position
