Role Overview:

The Regional Retail Leader is responsible for overseeing a multi-store territory, acting as a key driver of sales, brand identity, and organizational culture. The primary focus is to ensure optimal performance across all locations while maximizing profitability within the region. This leader will guide store teams to consistently provide an exceptional customer experience, fostering strong conversion rates and high customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will embody the company's commitment to mental wellness and strive to integrate this ethos into both employee and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the district to ensure all store-level goals and performance metrics are achieved.
  • Train and manage District and Store level financials, developing strategies to control expenses.
  • Identify growth opportunities and formulate district-level strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze local market trends and insights to share with senior leadership; adjust strategies based on findings.
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain a team of exceptional store managers.
  • Promote diversity, encourage open dialogue, and embrace varied perspectives.
  • Address employee relations matters, collaborating with the People and Culture team as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Retail Marketing Manager to support community outreach and in-store events.
  • Ensure store teams are well-trained and knowledgeable about product features and benefits.
  • Assist Store Managers in maintaining operational excellence.
  • Communicate relevant brand and business updates to stores regularly.
  • Work with Store Managers and Human Resources to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure stores adhere to current directives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Stores and cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and inventory by location.
  • Work with the Retail leadership team as needed to support store operations.
  • Be open to additional projects and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in multi-store leadership with a proven track record of team development.
  • Experience in the apparel industry, particularly in performance lifestyle or activewear is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive and proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale, inventory management, and labor scheduling systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
