Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our corporate office at TORP Group. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading brand and strategic marketing initiatives, mentoring a team of project assistants and designers, and developing a marketing plan for various brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing budget
  • Lead Public Relations efforts and partnerships
  • Collaborate with creative project teams and designers for overall cohesive brand development
  • Mentor and direct a Marketing Assistant and Designers on various projects
  • Analyze data to create and manage marketing strategies
  • Manage and coordinate partnerships to further brand recognition
  • Oversee a variety of marketing materials and mediums to ensure brand cohesion
  • Research and contribute to decisions for media outlets/marketing materials
  • Oversee social media initiatives and strategies to grow brand voice and reach
  • Evaluate customer perception through reviewing various marketing tools
  • Drive brand campaigns and database management for all centers
  • Utilize analytics programs to identify potential trends to make appropriate changes to campaigns/programs
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and related programs for developing/editing marketing materials

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years in a Marketing Manager/Lead role
  • Adobe Programs
  • Hands-on experience using social media platforms and analytics programs
  • Intermediate to Advanced MSOffice
