About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for setting the culture and flow of the practice. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.

Jurisdiction & Work Environment

This position requires our office location. You must have the ability to work in a clinical environment with frequent exposure to animals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner">
  • Check-in patients, walk-ins, and emergencies">
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and inventory">
  • Assist with various projects as needed">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent">
  • At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary or reception role">
  • Strong communication and organizational skills">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment">
